Acceptance of the Terms of Use
These terms of use are entered into by and between you and JOBNETSYSTEM LLC ("Company," "we," "our" or "us"). The following terms and conditions, together with any documents they expressly incorporate by reference (collectively, "Terms of Use"), govern your access to and use of Company's online and mobile services and websites, including any content, functionality, and services offered on or through jobinfonetwork.com (collectively, the "Website"), whether as a guest ("Guest") or a registered user ("User").
Please read the Terms of Use carefully before you start to use the Website. By using the Website or by checking a box and clicking to accept or agree to the Terms of Use when this option is made available to you, you accept and agree to be bound and abide by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not want to agree to these Terms of Use or the Privacy Policy, you must not access or use the Website.
This Website is offered and available to users who are 18 years of age or older and reside in the United States or any of its territories or possessions. By using this Website, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age to form a binding contract with the Company and meet all of the foregoing eligibility requirements. If you do not meet all of these requirements, you must not access or use the Website.
Changes to the Terms of Use
We may revise and update these Terms of Use from time to time in our sole discretion. All changes are effective immediately when we post them, and apply to all access to and use of the Website thereafter. Your continued use of the Website following the posting of revised Terms of Use means that you accept and agree to the changes. You are expected to check this page frequently, so you are aware of any changes, as they are binding on you.
Types of Users
"Users" include the following types:
-
Job Seeker: an individual who accesses or uses the Website to search for employment opportunities, to apply for employment openings, or otherwise access or use the Website for the purpose of obtaining employment opportunities.
-
Employer: an individual or entity that accesses or uses the Website to communicate with and evaluate Job Seekers, post job listings, or otherwise access or use the Website to recruit, hire, or contract with Job Seekers.
-
Support Team Member: a currently employed or well-connected individual who accesses or uses the Website to communicate with and assists Job Seekers in obtaining employment opportunities.
-
Sponsor: a Support Team Member who authorizes or invites a Job Seeker to join a Group. A Group is a designated community or affiliation space within the Website that connects users who share a common background, identity, interest, affiliation, or organizational membership, such as professional associations, cultural or faith-based affiliations, or veteran status.
SECTION 1 – TERMS FOR JOB SEEKERS
If you access or use the Website as a Job Seeker, you may do so solely for your personal, non-commercial purpose of seeking employment or information related to your job search. Your license to use the Website is automatically terminated if you attempt to use the Website for any other purpose.
Your Profile and Resume
By creating a profile or submitting information through the Website, you authorize us to share such information with Employers and Support Team Members, and to allow Employers and Support Team Members to contact you through the Website.
If you post your resume on the Website's Dashboard (a "Public Resume"), such Public Resume is available to be searched, viewed, or downloaded by any Users that have access rights to the Dashboard. Public Resumes do not include contact information, and Job Seekers are identified by their first name and first letter of their last name. If you have a Public Resume and wish to opt-out, you may do so at any time through your account settings. If you opt-out, we will remove your Public Resume from the Dashboard and disable visibility to search results as soon as reasonably practicable. However, if an entity has already accessed and saved your Public Resume, that entity will continue to have access to it. Please only include information that you are comfortable disclosing to other Users.
If you do not post your resume on the Dashboard, your resume may only be available to Users you provide it to in individual communications (a "Private Resume"). Private Resumes include contact information.
You are solely responsible for the content of your profile. We disclaim all liability for your profile and information shared with Users or made public. We do not guarantee that the content of your profile is accurate, that your profile or resume will be shown to any specific Employer or Support Team Member, or that the Dashboard will always be available.
Job Applications and Engaging with Employers
When you apply for a position or otherwise engage with an Employer through the Website, you acknowledge and agree that all recruitment, selection, and hiring decisions are made solely by the Employer. We do not participate in, control, or influence any part of an Employer's hiring process whatsoever. Employers are responsible for exercising their own independent judgment in all hiring activities and may not rely on the Website as a substitute for such judgment.
When you apply for a position through the Website, you authorize us to store your information and transmit your application, including your resume and any other information you provide (collectively, your "Application") to the relevant Employer. You are solely responsible for your Application's content, completeness, and accuracy. You should review all information, including attached files, before submitting.
Once you submit an Application, your data is shared with the Employer. We request that Employers maintain confidentiality, but we cannot and do not guarantee that the information you provide will be held in confidence or properly secured by the applicable recipient. Once an Employer has your Application, we are not responsible for its use.
We cannot guarantee that your Application will be successfully delivered, received, or acted upon, or that you will receive a response or interview. Receiving an interview or a response is solely at the Employer's discretion.
-
Job postings may expire before your submission is complete.
-
We rely on the Employer for accurate application destinations; incorrect information will prevent delivery.
-
We are not responsible for system failures (e.g., in an Applicant Tracking System or ATS) that may cause your application to be rejected or lost.
-
While we may alert you to potential issues, we do not guarantee error-free integrations.
We do not authenticate Employers or guarantee that a job posting is suitable, legitimate, compliant, or real.
Participation in a Group
You may choose to identify with certain Groups for networking purposes. Group identification signifies social connections to other Users within the Group, and eligibility for participating in any given group is not verified by us in any way. Participation in such Group is entirely voluntary. We do not require or condition access to employment opportunities on disclosure of any protected characteristic, and such information will not be used to evaluate or determine your eligibility for employment opportunities. Sensitive data (such as information relating to race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, veteran, or refugee status) is collected only when voluntarily provided by users for networking purposes, and may not be used for job-matching or eligibility determinations.
SECTION 2 – TERMS FOR SUPPORT TEAM MEMBERS
Support Team Members are expected to foster mentorship, networking, and employment opportunities and connections. Support Team Members may communicate with Job Seekers, share opportunities, or facilitate introductions consistent with the Website's mission and Conduct and Standards as set forth in the Terms of Use.
Sponsorship
By sponsoring a Job Seeker and thereby becoming their Sponsor, you acknowledge that you are providing the Job Seeker access to connect and interact with Users within the Sponsor's Group. Sponsors may also choose to receive notifications about the sponsored Job Seeker's activities and communications within the Group, and other notifications related to the Group. You must use this information solely for purposes of professional networking and job searching, and may not misuse this data or attempt to monitor Job Seekers or other Users beyond what is explicitly authorized in these Terms of Use.
Sponsors are expected to invite Job Seekers to join Groups in good faith and maintain conduct and standards consistent with our Terms of Use. We reserve the right to revoke sponsorship privileges if a Sponsor invites Job Seekers who violate the Terms of Use. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend any sponsorship relationship between a Sponsor and Job Seeker if either party violates these Terms of Use, or if a sponsorship relationship presents a security or privacy risk. Job Seekers may terminate or suspend a relationship with a Sponsor for any reason at any time. Termination may result in loss of access to certain networks or visibility within the Sponsor's Group.
Sponsorship does not constitute an employment relationship, endorsement, or guarantee of hiring outcomes. It serves solely to facilitate professional networking, job searching, and visibility within the Website.
Conduct and Standards
Support Team Members must provide accurate and truthful information regarding their employment status, credentials, relationship with a Group, and any opportunities shared on the Website. Support Team Members must not solicit payments, personal favors, or any other type of good, service, or benefit from Job Seekers in exchange for support, referrals, or introductions. Any misuse of the Support Team Member's role, including but not limited to harassment, discrimination, solicitation, or misleading conduct may result in suspension or termination of Website access and/or the Support Team Member's account.
Non-Employment Relationship
Support Team Members act independently and are not employees, agents, or partners of Company. Participation as a Support Team Member does not create any employment, agency, or fiduciary relationship with us or our Users. We are not responsible for any commitments, agreements, or representations made by Support Team Members to Job Seekers or Employers.
Networking and Referrals
Support Team Members may use tools on the Website to connect Job Seekers with professional opportunities or contacts. Any referral, recommendation, or introduction made through the Website is voluntary and based solely on the Support Team Member's discretion. We do not guarantee that Support Team Member interactions will lead to employment or other professional outcomes.
Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any communication, advice, or actions taken by Support Team Members. All interactions between Support Team Members and Job Seekers occur at their own risk. We disclaim responsibility for the accuracy, outcomes, or reliability of any guidance, introductions, or job-related information provided by Support Team Members.
Revocation of Support Team Member Status
While under no obligation to do so, we reserve the right to verify, suspend, or revoke Support Team Member status at any time if a Support Team Member:
-
Violates the Terms of Use or applicable laws;
-
Misrepresents their professional role or affiliation; or
-
Engages in inappropriate or exploitative conduct toward Job Seekers
SECTION 3 – TERMS FOR EMPLOYERS
If you use the Website on behalf of an employer, organization, agency, institution, or other entity, then (a) "you" includes both you and that entity, and (b) you represent and warrant that you are an authorized representative of the entity with the authority to bind the entity to these Terms of Use, and that you agree to these Terms of Use on the entity's behalf.
You agree that your license to use the Website is automatically revoked upon your attempt to use the Website for any other purpose other than to post jobs, make information available regarding employment or employment openings, seek Job Seekers, or otherwise obtain information related to employment.
Company acts solely as a technology provider and is not an agent or representative for any User. Company expressly rejects delegation to Company of any decision-making authority by any User. You are solely responsible for every aspect of decision-making within your own recruitment and hiring processes. Your access to and use of the Website is conditioned upon your agreement not to substitute the Website, or any information derived from it, for your own independent judgment or decision-making. Company expressly disclaims all liability for actions taken (or not taken) based in whole or part on information obtained through use of the Website.
As an Employer, you are solely responsible for your account, your use of the Website, and compliance with applicable laws, including relevant federal, state, and local employment laws.
Employer Responsibility for Content and Practices
Whether you use our Website directly or integrate with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), you are entirely responsible for your actions and content. This includes, but is not limited to:
-
The substance and format of your communications, application forms, and other information provided to Job Seekers.
-
The criteria you set for inviting Job Seekers to interview.
-
All pages you create, update, or manage on the Dashboard.
-
Any messages you send through the Website.
-
Your overall application and screening process.
Company disclaims all liability for your content and hiring practices, including their legality. We are not responsible for your content or your compliance with legal requirements. You are solely responsible for all content you provide on the Website. You must ensure your content is accurate, non-discriminatory, and complies with all applicable laws, including wage and hour, anti-discrimination, and data privacy laws. You are also responsible for offering alternative methods of screening and for providing reasonable accommodations for individuals with disabilities, if required by laws such as the Americans with Disabilities Act ("ADA"). Company does not warrant that the method of delivery of your application materials or screening questions is compliant with the ADA or any equivalent or similar law. Where required by law, you must clearly indicate that reasonable accommodations are available, provide contact information for Job Seekers requesting ADA-related accommodations when prompted by Company, engage with and respond to any requests for accommodation, and provide information about how to request an accommodation to Job Seekers.
Employer Representations and Warranties
As an Employer, you represent and warrant that:
-
You will comply with all applicable local laws and regulations relating to wage transparency, including with respect to the posting or promotion of advertisements.
-
You have the necessary rights to permit the publication and use of job postings by Company pursuant to these Terms of Use.
-
You will not make "disability-related inquiries" or medical questions that violate the law.
-
You will ensure your criteria do not unlawfully screen out people with disabilities or members of any protected category.
-
You will use the Dashboard and the personal data contained within any Application, resume, or Job Seeker profile in accordance with applicable communication, privacy and data protection laws.
-
You will implement appropriate physical, technical, and administrative measures to protect the personal data contained within any Application, resume, or Job Seeker profile from loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration or destruction, and you will notify Company immediately in the event of any suspected or actual unauthorized access or disclosure of that personal data.
-
You will not use the contact information from Applications or Private Resumes to send unsolicited mail, e-mails, phone calls, SMS, or faxes regarding promotions and/or advertising of your or a third party’s products or services, or to contact or source job seekers for careers fairs and business opportunities.
-
You will respect the privacy choices of other Users.
-
You will not post, advertise, or otherwise make available any job or opportunity that directly or indirectly expresses a preference for, or otherwise discriminates against, any individual or group on the basis of race, color, religion, sex (including pregnancy, gender identity, and sexual orientation), national origin, age, disability, genetic information, veteran status, or any other protected classification.
-
You will not condition any job or opportunity on participation in any Group associated with a protected classification.
-
You will not use the Website's tools, filters, data, or any functionality to exclude or prefer Job Seekers on the basis of a protected characteristic, nor to target job advertisements toward or away from any individual or group identified by such characteristics.
-
By posting a job or opportunity, you certify that (a) the content complies with all applicable equal employment opportunity and nondiscrimination laws; and (b) the opportunity is open to all qualified individuals consistent with bona fide occupational qualifications as permitted by law.
Posting and Distributing Job Postings
We will make reasonable efforts to distribute your job postings, including the Dashboard and job alert communications sent to Users who have opted in to such communications.
When you submit a job posting to us, you give us permission to distribute it across our Website. However, you acknowledge that we are not obligated to accept, publish, or distribute it. We are not obligated to undertake review or verification but reserve the right to review and/or verify certain job postings or clients to prevent fraud, abuse of our services, improve our platform, or for any other reason we deem necessary. We cannot guarantee that your job postings will be delivered, accepted, received, or read by Users. We are not liable to you if your job posting is rejected or not posted.
We do not guarantee any specific number of views, clicks, applications, or responses to your job postings, nor do we guarantee that the responses will be from suitable candidates. We make no guarantee as to the quality of the candidates you receive, or for the accuracy of the information that they provide. You are solely responsible for interviewing Job Seekers, performing background and reference checks, verifying information, and selecting the appropriate Job Seeker for the position.
Your Collection of Demographic Data
We may provide tools that allow you, as an Employer, to collect demographic details—such as disability status—from individuals who apply to your Job Postings. By using these tools, you affirm that you are a federal contractor or subcontractor obligated to request such information from applicants in accordance with requirements established by the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP). This feature is made available without any warranties or assurances, and you remain entirely accountable for meeting all OFCCP or other legal record-keeping and reporting obligations.
If you choose to include your own voluntary self-identification questions as part of your hiring process, you bear full legal responsibility for ensuring that the questions, their presentation, and the way responses are handled comply with all relevant laws and regulations.
Prohibited Uses
Your Employer account is for business use only. You are accountable for all actions taken through your account and for safeguarding your login credentials. We are not liable for any misuse, fraud, or unauthorized activity associated with your account. We may attempt to alert Job Seekers if an Employer account appears to have been compromised; however, it does not guarantee that any such notification will be accurate, timely, or successfully delivered.
You may not send communications using any false, inaccurate, or misleading identity or email address. Doing so constitutes a breach of these Terms of Use, and we reserve the right to block, suspend, or delete such communications without notice.
Payment
As an Employer, you agree to pay all charges for services you purchase and will be charged as indicated on the Website. By providing a payment method, you authorize us to charge it for all fees owed. Your credit card, bank account, and related billing and payment information may be shared by us with companies who work on our behalf, such as payment processors or credit agencies, for the purposes of checking credit, effecting payment to Company, and servicing your account. You must provide current, complete, and accurate information for your billing account and promptly update any changes. If we are unable to process and receive payment, your account may be immediately suspended or terminated, and you will remain responsible for all amounts owed. You waive all claims relating to charges unless claimed within 120 days after the charge (this does not affect your credit card issuer rights).
Except for invoiced payments that you have successfully disputed, all late payments shall bear interest at the lesser of the rate of 1.5% per month or the highest rate permissible under applicable law, calculated daily and compounded monthly. You will also reimburse us for all costs incurred in collecting any late payments. In addition to all other remedies available under these Terms of Use or at law, we will be entitled to suspend the provision of any services if you fail to pay any undisputed fees when due and such failure continues for 10 days following written notice.
You will be responsible for all sales, use and excise taxes, and any other similar taxes, duties and charges of any kind imposed by any federal, state or local governmental entity on any amounts payable by you; any such taxes, duties and charges currently assessed or which may be assessed in the future, that are applicable to the services provided under these Terms of Use that are for your account, and you agree to pay such taxes.
SECTION 4 – GENERAL TERMS FOR ALL USERS AND GUESTS
Our Role
We are a publisher of information that provides tools for you to find and evaluate information published by others. We are not an employment agency or a recruiting firm and make no guarantees regarding the effectiveness, timeliness, or suitability of the Website in achieving employment, hiring, networking, or other professional objectives.
Nothing in these Terms of Use shall be construed as creating a partnership, association, joint venture, or agency relationship between you and us or as imposing any such obligation or liability upon either you or us. Neither you nor Company shall have any right, power or authority to enter into any agreement or undertaking for, or act as or be an agent or representative of, or otherwise bind, the other. Neither you nor Company may appoint, assign, delegate, accept, or otherwise attempt to confer any agency, authority, fiduciary role, or decision-making power on the other. Neither you nor Company may seek or agree to act as the other’s agent, representative, or decision-maker, and neither may represent or imply to any third party that any such relationship exists. You remain solely responsible for your own decisions, actions, and outcomes, and must exercise your own independent judgment when using the Website.
We provide the Website, but we do not control Employers or their hiring procedures. Employers are solely and entirely responsible for all hiring decisions, content, and legal compliance. Employers define all job qualifications, requirements, screener questions, and criteria. They decide which candidates are qualified, who moves forward, and who is ultimately hired. Employers are responsible for managing your data once shared (governed by their policies) and for complying with all laws, including anti-discrimination and data protection regulations.
We may provide Employers with filtering tools to categorize applicants based on matching criteria. This functionality is merely a suggestion and a convenience; it is not a substitute for human review or decision-making. The decision to interview or hire belongs solely to the Employer, who remains free to view any applicant at any time.
We do not guarantee the identity or legitimacy of any Employer or their representatives, nor do we guarantee the validity or accuracy of any job offer.
-
We urge all Job Seekers to exercise extreme caution when applying. Before taking any significant step—like resigning from your current job—you must verify the offer's legitimacy. Job Seekers are solely responsible for confirming the accuracy and authenticity of any Employer, posting, or job offer.
-
For all application-related requests, you must contact the Employer directly.
-
The Company may limit your use of the Website to maintain quality. Unauthorized automation is strictly forbidden. You cannot use any outside scripting or bots to automate the application process; only Company-approved tools are permitted. Courtesy notifications we send about Employer actions should not be relied upon.
You are solely responsible for your account, your use of the Website, and your actions and decisions taken in connection with your job search and other employment-related activities. Company is not responsible and disclaims all liability for any actions taken or not taken based in whole or in part on any information you submit or receive in connection with your use of the Website. You are further solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and legality of the information you submit to the Website. By using the Website, you acknowledge that we do not have control over the quality, accuracy, completeness, veracity or legality of content provided by third parties. In addition, you acknowledge that we do not have control over the integrity, responsibility or actions of Guests or Users.
Accessing the Website and Account Security
We reserve the right to withdraw or amend this Website, and any service or material we provide on the Website, in our sole discretion without notice. We will not be liable if for any reason all or any part of the Website is unavailable at any time or for any period. From time to time, we may restrict user access, including registered user access, to some parts of the Website or the entire Website.
You are responsible for both:
-
Making all arrangements necessary for you to have access to the Website.
-
Ensuring that all persons who access the Website through your internet connection are aware of these Terms of Use and comply with them.
To access the Website or some of the resources it offers, you may be asked to provide certain registration details or other information. It is a condition of your use of the Website that all the information you provide on the Website is correct, current, and complete. You agree that all information you provide to register with this Website or otherwise, including, but not limited to, through the use of any interactive features on the Website, is governed by our Privacy Policy, and you consent to all actions we take with respect to your information consistent with our Privacy Policy.
If you choose, or are provided with, a username, password, or any other piece of information as part of our security procedures, you must treat such information as confidential, and you must not disclose it to any other person or entity. You also acknowledge that your account is personal to you and agree not to provide any other person with access to this Website or portions of it using your username, password, or other security information. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to or use of your username or password or any other breach of security. You also agree to ensure that you exit from your account at the end of each session. You should use particular caution when accessing your account from a public or shared computer so that others are not able to view or record your password or other personal information.
We have the right to disable any username, password, or other identifier, whether chosen by you or provided by us, at any time in our sole discretion for any or no reason, including if, in our opinion, you have violated any provision of these Terms of Use.
Intellectual Property Rights
The Website and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by the Company, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by United States and international intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

You must not modify copies of any materials from the Website; or delete or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary rights notices from copies of materials from the Website.
If you print, copy, modify, download, or otherwise use or provide any other person with access to any part of the Website in breach of the Terms of Use, your right to use the Website will stop immediately and you must, at our option, return or destroy any copies of the materials you have made. No right, title, or interest in or to the Website or any content on the Website is transferred to you, and all rights not expressly granted are reserved by the Company. Any use of the Website not expressly permitted by these Terms of Use is a breach of these Terms of Use and may violate copyright, trademark, and other laws.
You may provide feedback (errors, improvements, etc.) to us. We can use this feedback freely, without compensation, and disclose it non-confidentially. You grant us a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use and share all feedback for any purpose.
Trademarks
The Company name, the Company logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Company or its affiliates or licensors. You must not use such marks without the prior written permission of Company. All other names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans on this Website are the trademarks of their respective owners.
